When planning a new build project of any size or type, it is crucial to use careful planning to ensure that all of the components fit together at the same time and that the components aesthetically work together. This is especially important when considering the lead-in times of the various components and the ever decreasing contract periods on projects. Therefore we specialize in theoretical planning and design for new build applications, working closely with Architects and Building Contractors to ensure that before the project goes into the factory the finished product can almost be "virtually visible" with full detailed drawings and elevations. This includes full conceptual design services to aid those without the benefit of outside design services, to create from scratch a fenestration design that is both practical but also encompasses the elegance and versatility a steel window system can offer.

When you are considering replacing existing windows in a property, whether a commercial or domestic property there is much more to consider than what to replace the old windows with.... firstly you must consider why they are being replaced. If it is a matter of the existing windows have gone beyond their life span and are irreparable then, of course, replacement is the only solution. If the existing windows are steel, and they are not corroded too badly, then we may be able to offer our specialist remedial services. We also offer services to upgrade existing steel windows which would not require the replacement of the windows would this be the only reason to replace. Where there is no option but to replace, we can offer windows on a Replica Replacement basis meaning that they will match as closely as is possible to the existing which is especially significant in buildings of special interest, buildings in conservation areas or listed properties. We will work directly with local authorities, English Heritage, Architects and other governing bodies to ensure the successful completion of the project to the satisfaction of all.

A full design service is available should a change of design be required or if an upgrade is required in the new windows.  We pride ourselves on giving our clients a professional but personal service and will offer assistance at all stages of your project. We will produce full working drawings to provide an "as built" view of proposed windows as well as full size sectional details for your approval prior to manufacture on all commercial contracts.
